Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 19 October 2024 At Visalia Bookkeeping Services, we value your business and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure smooth operations and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations or Rescheduling Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of scheduled meetings or consultations. Late Cancellations: If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee will apply. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. 2. Recurring Services Cancellation Notice Period: For recurring bookkeeping services, we require 30 days' written notice to cancel or pause services.
